It is an extremely competition undergraduate tuition grant that is for students who are wishing to pursue the undergraduate degree program for the semester 2020/21.

Global Wildcat Freshman Tuition Award Eligibility

  • Acceptable Countries candidates from all over the world can apply for this opportunity.
  • Acceptable Courses or Subjects The sponsorship is awarded to students who take undergraduate subjects in any discipline that the university offers.
  • Acceptable criteria: To be considered for eligibility, applicants must satisfy all of the requirements listed below:
  • A small amount of financial aid positions based on merit will be granted to students based on the application form they submit to have significant international experiences in high school and demonstrate exceptional academic records and scores (TOEFL IELTS, PTE, SAT Academic, Test of ACT and the SAT).
  • Verify Lawful Presence according to the guidelines in Arizona’s Proposition 300. Semesters that are not verified as lawful are lost and are counted against the program’s total eight semesters.
  • The offers are non-negotiable. They will not be adjusted to match offers from other institutions. They remain the same as the original offer for students who are continuing to study regardless of whether students improve their UA GPA.
  • Awards aren’t given to students who are admitted to spring.
  • These awards are available for undergraduate students only.
  • If the student is an Arizona resident*, the application will be modified to reflect a proportional amount of tuition for resident students.


  • Application for Global Wildcat Freshman Tuition Award: To apply for this opportunity, applicants must submit their UA International admission application for an undergraduate degree at the university.
  • Supplementary documents to apply, applicants must submit their entire application, transcripts, as well as Center for English as a Second Language (CESL) certificate.
  • Admission requirements students who wish in applying for this program must verify their entry requirements by their country of residence.
  • Language Requirements: English language requirements are as follows for applicants who don’t speak English as their first language. TOEFL 79 or higher IELTS 6.5 or higher PTE academic 53 or more.
